I'd interpret this as the possible foretelling of future success, but also happiness & mental alertness. Maybe an awakening – or even psychic powers! The sunflower (I presume) is a symbol of happiness & the sun is used in rituals for success. The eye is all-seeing & all knowing – as a pun I'd say 'Open your eyes' – pay attention or opportunity might pass you by.
